Do you want to get a head start on the summer league competition? Capital Area Aquatics can help. CAA is offering one five-week session that will introduce stroke techniques for the four strokes to improve your developing swimmer. In addition, we will teach streamlining technique, the dive, and the proper way to finish a race. CAA has fun and experienced coaches who look forward to sharing their passion for swimming.
