Capital Area Aquatics is a competitive swim team in Cedar Park/Austin, Texas area. Our year-round, swim team includes programming for swimmers ages five through high school. The mission of our swim program is to nurture and develop our swimmers for success in competition and in life. Our focus is always centered on the swimmer’s long-term development as an athlete and swimmer. We believe that stroke technique is the single most important factor in a swimmer’s development, so we meticulously follow training progressions in each practice group to ensure that our athletes have a solid foundation in all four strokes to set them up for long-term success in swimming.

We offer unparelled individual attention. Our head coach directly trains each group which allows our swimmers to train with the same coach for years--without getting a new coach every time the athlete moves to a new training group.

Swim Stars

Swim Stars is our premier entry-level swim group designed to introduce young swimmers to the fundamentals of swimming in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This program serves as the foundation for all future aquatic development, focusing on building water confidence while mastering the essential techniques of freestyle and backstroke.

Swim Fit

Our comprehensive Fitness Swimming Program offers a revolutionary approach to youth aquatic development through three progressive levels: Bronze Fit (ages 6-8), Silver Fit (ages 8-11), and Gold Fit (ages 11-14). Unlike traditional competitive swim teams that focus on racing times and meet performance, our fitness-centered program prioritizes health, personal achievement, and lifelong wellness habits while developing exceptional swimming skills.
